If you need us to investigate your partner, for example, then we can do so through running a background check, or surveillance, or decoy service. For surveillance or decoy service we will need the exact location of the case in order to calculate our travel time and provide a quote.

No. We do not provide any form of hacking service as doing so would be against the law. Please do not contact us in order to request any form of hacking.

No, we cannot film or photograph people inside a private hotel room or home.

This question will depend on the service that you require from us... Surveillance cases, for example, typically include no guarantees of success or the outcome, and there are many different reasons for this... If the subject of the investigation claims to live at an address, but they in fact live somewhere else, then we could surveil the address that you have for many days without seeing them or gathering useful information. In this case, the lack of results would not be our fault, and we would still need to be paid for the time spent working on your case. Other services may include guaranteed results; this will depend on the situation and the service required. The risks and potential outcomes will all be explained to you depending on the circumstances, it will then be your decision whether or not to proceed with a case.
